Advika got out of the closet and walked towards the bed. Ruhan, who was busy on his phone, lifted his eyes off the screen when he heard the sound of anklets.
His breath hitched seeing her in that attire. Ignoring his unholy thoughts, he cleared his throat.
"You can sleep on the right side."
And without any other word, he laid down on the left side, keeping huge distance. Advika looked at him and suppressed a smile, and walked towards the right side of the bed. She laid down after ensuring she had kept distance and spoke slowly, "Can you turn off the lights?"
He hummed and switched the lights off, now the room in darkness with only a source of light being the moonlight.
The next morning, Ruhan woke up hearing knocking on the door. He slowly sat up, and after stretching his arms over his head, he got down the bed and walked towards the door.
"Who's it?" He spoke in his deep morning voice.
"It's me, Ruhan." He rushed to Advika's side, and after ensuring her legs are covered, he opened the door, "Yes mom?"
She handed him some stuff containing a saree, jewellery, and makeup. "Give this to Advika. Today is her first day in the house, and the mother in law gives her shringaar. "
Ruhan nodded, and after taking the stuff, he closed the door. Keeping all the items on the bed, he walked out of the bedroom, letting his wife sleep after doing something.

A while later, Advika woke up, and after being in her dreamland for more few minutes, she got down the bed. Her eyes fell on the saree and other stuff on the bed.
She looked at the note present on her phone,
'The stuff you are seeing is for you. You were asleep, so I didn't decide to wake you. Get ready in this. Mom's strict orders.

A small smile spread on her face, "Damn!!!"
She went inside the bathroom and came out after a while. Wearing the same red saree and the jewellery Navya gave her.
She applied a little makeup and left her hairs loose till its full length.
Advika walked out of the bedroom after thinking she looked ok.
She was walking downstairs when her eyes fell on Krish, who walked inside the mansion on a phone call.
Krish looked at her descending the stairs and clutched his heart, mouthing 'too pretty.' He then smiled at her, the smile which she returned gladly.
Advika walked around the mansion, completely being unaware of the new place, which is now her house too.
"Hey mahadev, kaise rahenge yaha. This looks more like a Maze than a house. How do these people live here." She muttered to herself.
She decided to walk back upstairs after thinking it is impossible to find a human being here.
She was wandering aimlessly in the place. When a scream left her, when she felt a tap on her shoulder, "BHOOT!!!" (Ghost)
Her face turned beet red after turning around and seeing Ruhan there. He looked at Advika ridiculously. "Seriously Advika? Ghost?"
She looked down in embarrassment. She just wanted to dig a hole and vanish somewhere. "Sorry, I thought...."
No reason came out of her throat which increased in her embarrassment. To change the topic, Ruhan spoke;
"Forget that. What are you doing here?"
Advik widened her eyes, she screamed mentally. 'Dammit! Why is your luck so bad today.'
"Answer me."
"I... I.. lost the way." She blurted in one breath, looking at the floor and not even daring to meet his gaze.
"Come with me." Ruhan said and started walking somewhere after ensuring she is following him.
He looked at her through the corner of his eye and muttered to himself, "She looks pretty."
Advika looked at him, "Where are we going?"
"Patience Advika, patience." He spoke and walked towards the entrance of the mansion.
"Now, let's give you a tour of the mansion." Advika's eyes lightened up. No more being lost like a kid. She nodded.
Ruhan walked around the ground floor, it had kitchen, dining hall, and living room. Then after turning right from the staircase, and at a distance, there was an indoor pool. Then he led her to the first floor, showed her the room of his parents and at a distance the room of Krish.
"My room is on the second floor." Ruhan spoke while walking towards the stairs. The numerous corridors were too fascinating to her.
"Why is this place like a Maze?"
"For intruders." He spoke so calmly, like having intruders was their part time thing. Then he walked up the second floor and showed her there. The bedroom, his study. The most beautiful thing she liked was the room which had many musical instruments.
He then turned towards her, "Terrace is above this. We'll go there at night... the view of stars is amazing there."
Advika nodded. Loving how he showed her around instead of teasing her about being lost. She realised the place she lost was the way to the backyard.
"Thank you."
"For?"
"Nothing" she walked away from there.
"Listen up, there are ghosts here!" Ruhan spoke then walked away. Leaving Advika with a racing heart.
